At present , all of our full color gobos are made of dichroic glass, not plastic image, we have the gobo materials in stock up to 86 mm in size , if the size is larger than 86mm, it need to be customized.

Using CMYK four-color dichroic coated glass, laser-engraving very small dots on each color of glass, and then precisely bonding the four colors of glass together, through the gobo projector can project a full-color pattern.
A GOBO production time is between 1.5 hours and 4 hours. If the number of gobo is small, can be shipped or picked up the same day.
File formats:
in order for the best result, the original image must have a high quality. If the image consists as a file , the format JPG,EPS or TIFF (for MAC or PC) is recommended. The Adobe Illustrator files (*.ai) and coreldraw files (*.cdr) is the best for logotypes because we can scale up & down (the resolution is not a matter for vector based files)The resolution of the picture should at least be 1200 dpi. the thumb rule is that the picture should have twice the resolution of the resulting lineresolution on the original.
The JPG should be saved in maximal quality.
The resolution on full color gobo is 2000dpi and 600 lpi.
